The best heating engineers in Norwich - 10/10. The office staff are friendly, helpful & always happy to help. You get text messages to confirm your appointment, and when the engineer is on the way with live tracking! Absolutely amazing. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable & friendly, I enjoyed his company and his quality of work. This is unacceptable, I had been accustomed to being cold all the time, having barely any hot water and taking lukewarm baths. Now what?! I can walk around in a t-shirt in the middle of winter? Taking baths that melt the flesh off my bones? I won't have it, that's it, I'm ripping away the brand new boiler they installed. That being said, if you need some very knowledgeable, fair and kind heating engineers that will actually solve your problems and tell you what's going on, well, I wouldn't look any further. Even if they've stripped me of my ancient rights of a  constant sniveling nose, I have to say that this new luxurious lifestyle of a working central heating is growing on me. Excellent installation. I'd been trying to find a firm to replace my 23 year old open flue gas boiler with a new condensing combi boiler, relocating it from the kitchen to the loft. Most firms said this could not be done for a variety of reasons, such as the boiler would not fit in the loft space, and/or it would be too far away from the gas supply to work properly. They all offered solutions that would be undesirable to live with. Steve Carter dismissed all these theories, and said he could get a combi boiler fitted and working in the loft no problem. Which he did. He also spotted several issues that none of the other firms did, such as a badly corroded radiator and the outside gas supply pipe corroding in the ground. The job was completed by Steve, Paul and Adam in three days and involved a lot of work: new gas supply pipe from outside meter to loft and then to kitchen, new combi boiler in loft and plumbing to existing pipework, replaced one rusting radiator and fitted an additional one in airing cupboard, installed new earth bond cable from consumer unit to external gas supply pipe. Quality products were used and all work was done to a high standard. All new pipework was done very neatly and unobtrusively: in particular the new flue and condensate pipe for the boiler. There was minimal disruption for such a big job; everything was made good afterwards with cement, sealant etc as required, and any dirt and dust was thoroughly cleaned up. Also the price for the job was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the installation. The system is working perfectly, exactly as Steve had said. I had an engineer (Keith) come to fix my boiler today, lovely guy and very good at his job. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Very happy customer 🌟🌟🌟
